According to an article in today's WWD, this September the blockbuster beauty brand will team up with Rodarte to produce a limited-edition color line inspired by Rodarte's fall 2010 collection. M.A.C has been the backstage makeup team for the Mulleavy sisters since 2006. And based on the look at today's Rodarte show, the collection will be all about taupe-y smoky eyes and pale lips.
In other M.A.C news, there's a second collaboration in the works with celebrity manicurist Jin Soon Choi, debuting at the end of the summer, just in time for the next round of shows.
One of the shades, a glittery, stony cement polish, was previewed backstage at Doo.ri, where M.A.C did the makeup look. Others are in the works, but are not yet finished, StyleList hears. Looks like our nails won't be cloaked in the usual deep jewel tones come fall.
We can't wait to get our hands on these oh-so-limited collections!

I've been searching for info on the new MAC Jin Soon shades and came across your post but I'm confused by the picture. Why is the polish being applied with a brush from the old Sally Hansen Salon line?
