SNAPSHOT: American Beauty
THE SCOOP: The name Michael Kors has become synonymous with classic American style. So for Kor's Fall 2010 collection, the makeup was all about warm, healthy skin with a little detail on the eyes.
Customizing color girl-by-girl, lead makeup artist Dick Page described the look as "Michael's iconic idea of American beauty." "He talked a lot about girls in convertibles and that kind of fresh face," said Page. "But it's not like a regular pretty -- it's a little windburned."
Page rounded out glowing skin with a charcoal gray eyeshadow mix and rose-beige lips that he blotted down for subtle softness.
