THE SCOOP: Designer duo Phillip and David Blond are all about glamour -- creating over the top pieces we've seen divas including Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Britney Spears and Fergie don. And for The Blonds Fall 2010 fashion show, the makeup was just as spectacular.

Lead makeup artist Kabuki took one look at the clothes and knew what his inspiration would be. "It had this jungle glamour that made me think of Marlene Dietrich in "Blonde Venus"," he said. "It's that super chic, stylized woman that's sort of glitzy."

Kabuki concealed the models eyebrows to create a "stage illusion" that really made the winged liner pop and accentuated with eyelashes for a 3-D effect that mimicked the flutter of a hummingbird's wings.

GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All makeup by MAC. Restructure face by painting and mixing on light, medium and dark shades of Studio Sculpt Concealer. Line the eyes in Fascinating Eye Kohl and create a wing effect with Fludline in Blacktrack. Powder the eyelids white and brush on Eye Shadow in Saddle for an arched lid. Lengthen and define brows. Apply #44 Lash for an exaggerated look. Sculpt cheeks with Pink Swoon and Salsa Rose Blush. Finish look by defining pout with Cherry Lip Pencil and filling in with Pink Bronze Pigment.
