WHAT WE THOUGHT: It's telling that Alexa Chung, a resident "It" girl only attended Phillip Lim's runway show this season. We assume that the model/DJ/TV personality/fledgling designer is on board with Lim's musical trip down memory lane. For the record, we are too. Lim hit all the right notes, especially with delicious lambskin and shearling overcoats worn over discofied ensembles. High-waisted burnt amber pants and a crystallized jumpsuit worn under a silk overlay with slits-up-to-there were reminders to get your dance on every once in a while.
