Bangs are a chic and simple way to update your 'do. And while shooting her new film, "The Tourist," in Venice, Italy, Angelina Jolie was spotted yesterday with sideswept bangs.

The actress channeled French bombshell Brigitte Bardot with her newly blond highlighted locks, tucking behind the layered front pieces to give off an effortless look.

Celebrity stylist Danielle Caputo suggests wearing clip-in bang extensions for a brand new look. "Use your fingers to piece-out the bangs to meld them with your natural hair," she said. "Then style your hair to wear it down, pull it back, or put on a head band."

give me a break..its not up to you to say if it looks good or not. Ms. Jolie does not care what you think of her new do.. i think it looks fabulous and a nice new look .. the long dark hair
made her look so old.

Anyway, when I clicked the link and saw the photo of Jolie, I thought, "Why would I want bangs like that?" They don't look flattering.

Yup, never thought I would wear bangs when I was older. Things in life change, hairlines recede... yes even for women. Even if the hairline is not receding it makes a woman more interesting when they are willing to try different things, even if you are Angelina Jolie.

Oh come on now! Lots of older women wear bangs. They make a person look younger and soften the face. One should stay away from the straight across the eyebrow bangs after 12 years old though!

I agree. Never thought she was all that attractive but on top of her unattractiveness, she is a classless homewrecker and I cannot wait till she reaps all she has sown. And as for Brad, what a loser . He is carrying his sins thru his physical appearance.

That is like saying the Pope is not Catholic! Angelina would be attractive if she shaved her head. She is just a georgeous woman and I like men! LOL. At times she gets a little too thin but with their lifestyle and work and traveling it is a wonder she has time to eat at all.

Angelina should just stay with her dark hair. She is gorgeous no matter what but frequent change of hairstyles and color usually signify insecurity. She is a brunette who doesn't need any upgrade!

I think it has more to do with her profession than insecurity. As an actress she has to constantly change her look to best match her current role. But she is a gorgeous woman regardless! :)
