As we previously reported, California girl Lindsay Ellingson scored the Victoria's Secret 2010 Swim Catalogue cover. Now it turns out that VS had a double blonde bombshell up its sleeve.

Victoria's Secret just announced that flaxen beauty Candice Swanepoel graces the cover of the 2010 Victoria's Secret Swim 2 Catalogue, scheduled to hit mailboxes this week.

Just like Lindsay's sexy shoot, lensman Russell James captured South African Swanepoel gallivanting around secluded Necker Island (Sir Richard Branson's private Caribbean getaway), yet unlike Ellingson, Candice's bikini has a top.

Looks like the featured Luli Fama Starfish bandeau two-piece is much more wearable (and will keep wacky tan lines and oglers at bay).

While Candice may be relatively new to Victoria's Secret -- catapulting up the ranks to earn a coveted runway slot and nab a Victoria's Secret Angels title, the model is no novice.

Starting at age 15, after being discovered at a Durban flea market, Swanepoel's done some serious high fashion posing for Italian Vogue, Glamour and Flaunt and walked the runways of Dolce & Gabbana, Tommy Hilfiger, Diane von Furstenberg, Tory Burch and Oscar de la Renta. Not too shabby.

Now that Candice is the ripe old age of 21, she can rest easy knowing she's got VS on her side. Hey, look where it's landed Gisele, Heidi Klum and Tyra!
