While Hollywood is experiencing an engagement frenzy of late (Carrie Underwood, Kristen Bell, Nicole Richie and Hilary Duff are all flaunting sparklers), models aren't far behind. First, Kate Moss' reported engagement to Jamie Hince, then Lara Stone followed suit and now Coco Rocha is off the market.

The multi-talented model/designer/reporter is planning to tie the knot with her interior designer boyfriend James Conran.

Rocha announced the happy news today on her blog, OhSoCoco:

I'm very happy to announce that I am engaged. Mr. Conran proposed last week and I most definitely accepted. I don't think I've ever been so happy as I am right now. I can't wait to start the rest of my life with him...

Love you with all my heart James,
xoxo Coco

The couple went public with the proposal when the British-born, American-educated Conran tweeted "I am betrothed," and Fashion Week Daily reports that Rocha changed her Facebook status to "engaged" around the same time.

The 21-year-old Canadian model recently showed off her sweetie to Entertainment Tonight Canada (she does red carpet reporting for the network) and explained how they met when he designed the interior of her New York apartment (see the pictures here on Conran's Website).

"He's very sweet. He's a muralist. He painted my apartment. That's sort of how we met," said a beaming Rocha.

Today, a clearly excited Conran -- who has a picture of the couple as his Twitter background -- tweeted: "We are two sappy fools in love," and also wrote about ring bearers.

Rocha, on the other hand, recently tweeted a picture of the two getting cozy backstage at the Marc Jacobs show (see above).

While we haven't seen Rocha's rock yet (or perhaps she'll go for the more understated, band-only trend coming out of New York), we're keeping our eyes peeled.

Congrats to the happy couple!

Meanwhile, see what Rocha is up to aside from wedding planning.
