Victoria's Secret Launches 'Love Your Body' Campaign With Three New Body By Victoria Bras

Although seeing pictures of flawless Victoria's Secret models might not make you 'love your body,' that's precisely the theme the lingerie brand is running with for its new line of bras.

To celebrate the best-selling Body by Victoria bra line, VS is adding three new styles with a mini-collection dubbed 'Love My Body, Body by Victoria's Secret.'

The new silhouettes -- available in sizes 32A-40DD for $36-$48 each -- include a push-up, racerback and multi-way bra, all using the same smooth, perfect-under-a-tee fabric that defines Body by Victoria. (Opt for an everyday nude hue or choose a more playful pink leopard. Better yet, stock up on a few for spring.)

To promote these latest bras, Victoria's Secret is launching the "Body for Everybody, Love Your Body"-themed campaign which stars some of its newer bombshells including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lindsay Ellingson, Chanel Iman and Candice Swanepoel, along with VS vet Alessandra Ambrosio (who surprisingly walked in the recent Prada show with fellow Angels Miranda Kerr and Doutzen Kroes), bringing some curves -- it's all relative on the runway! -- to Milan Fashion Week.

The images show the leggy ladies in the new bras paired with flirty boy shorts against a stark studio backdrop, while some of the models are even featured in a video clip showing them writhing around and explaining to viewers what they love about a man's body.

"The chest. And I guess the arms. And if they have a cute butt, the whole package," says an indecisive Ambrosio.

Huntington-Whiteley goes with "his back" and Heatherton says "a man's tummy," while pointing to her own perfectly toned abs.

Swanepoel and Ellingson, on the other hand, say it's all about the hands.

"That's the first thing I look at," says Ellingson. "You can tell if they take care of themselves... if they are strong."

"You know what they say about a man's hands..." Swanepoel says playfully.

To go along with the sexy images and videos from the campaign, New Yorkers who stop by the Victoria's Secret Lexington Avenue location today from 5-6pm will be treated to a personal appearance from Ambrosio and Huntington-Whiteley -- the latter recently admitted to wearing plenty of extra padding on her VS photo shoots -- to chat with fans about the new styles and reveal what they love about their own bodies. (Um, let us guess: everything?!)

Non-New Yorkers can also get in on the action by taking a quiz and registering for a chance to win a Body by Victoria bra (seven will be given away each day) and a $500 gift card to the lingerie emporium at victoriassecret.com/ilovemybody.

What do you think about the new VS 'Love Your Body' campaign?

In the meantime, see which one of the above beauties landed the coveted VS swimsuit catalog cover.

Utterly, utterly SICK! These women are the exact opposite of "SEXY": they, like most of today's runway and print models look to be on the verge of starving. This is a sick habit that the media and fashion world have foisted on the public for more than ten/fifteen years, now. Really pathetic: the country is starving for health and well-being, and these kinds of models are not helping that at all. Sick....

Thank you. I'm glad not all men feel women need to be forced into prepubescent shapes.

Now, if you could change the rest of the world ... :)

I'm so confused. Why is this ad supposed to make me love my body? It's like they are trying to cash in on the huge success Dove has had with their similar campaign without actually appealing to the demographic of women who do not and will not ever look like a VS model. This is very bad marketing.

I like the bras. It's nice that they're trying out a new ad to promote "everybody". But it seems a little contradicting. The VS models are beautiful, but they're all one type of body - tall, thin, with large breasts. Perhaps that's the ideal body, but it doesn't exactly represent all women. Admittedly, I've gotten depressed just walking around in the Victoria Secret store, because I don't look like them. I feel like a fraud wearing VS lingerie. But that's my own self-esteem issue.

HOT! These women are totally HOT! They don't look starved, they look healthy. Obesity in America has warped our view of what is natural. None of these women have trouble conceiving healthy babies when they want to. And if you've ever seen a true anorexic, you'd know these models don't even come close. So I guess a man with a six pack is also deformed and disgusting?? People just hate being reminded of how completely out of shape they really are. Don't blame and defame the messengers!

I have seen a true anorexic - staring right back at me in the mirror at 92 pounds - and I'm still batting anorexia years later. And many of these models come damn close to that look. I guarantee you that at least half of them have some type of eating disorder. What has distorted our viewpoint is decades of media bombardment of these body images that can only can be obtain through starvation, over-exercising, purging or all three. Why don't you check out some pics pre-1960s, before Twiggy and the like became popular. You will see some beautiful women with curves, such as Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren, not some prepubescent children that only sick men are attracted to.

Please don't! I have anorexia and bulimia, and trust me, you don't want to go to that hell. Please go to www.nationaleatingdisorders.org for more realistic images of women and information about eating disorders.

These women are beautiful but if you look at the actual ad sent to customers, there are pictures that make the women look very thin. One girl has her ribs showing through her back and another her sternum and lower rib cage is very visible. While I agree obisity is a major problem in America, some models are too thin. Now Heddi Klum was the perfect VS model.

Mmm, yeah, they look totally healthy. How interesting it would be to have a little tag on each one describing what she eats every day. My love for *my* body includes eating plenty of healthy food, getting plenty of exercise, and not starving myself. I wish everyone could do the same.

If it was your job to look gorgeous, you would. These women spend their "work week" on looking beautiful. They put time, effort, and discipline into their professions, and if anyone else would devote that same energy and money to "the look" they would achieve similar results.
Not to say all of it is natural, of course (photoshop and plastic surgery have quite an impact).

As for the ad campaign, I don't see many of these models sporting varied body types, so it seems odd for them to be accentuating different body parts.
However having such a wide variety of sizes is a very welcome aspect of this line.

First, your comment about "fatties" is just plain insulting. At about 99 pounds and a recovering anorexic, I don't *hate* them - I hate the milieu that has been created that forces them to become ZEROS (as in size zeros.)

kidd. ima beat you. lemme tell you a thing or two bout bein a girl in this day and age. im 17 years old and i live in a small town. i been all over the states and i know people inside and out. ive met girls big small, dark light, what ever. they all hate themselves and envy other girls they talk to or see in magazines. tryina say that "fatties" are hatin? your funny. girls have DIED because of pig headed men tryin to tell girls they too big to be wearin certain clothes. guys talkin stuff about girls just because a slimmer girl walks by. its disgusting. the presure the media and men like YOU put on girls is distroying one of the greatest things our world has- a womens care and confedience. go ahead and tell me that girls are here to sit and look pretty. try to. women have better things to do then hit up the gym 7 days a week and live off crackers. sorry if REAL working class women are trying to teach their teenage children not to starve them selves to look like the stupid modles in VS. but i guess you wont understand till you got a daughter of your own and she gets her heart broken by another pig headed guy because shes not slim enough for him. THEN you will have room to say that "only fatties" are hatin. please.

Oh please with the skinny girls. I am one myself but the real world also has different sizes of womans bodies. You should have had in the ad picture 1 skinny model, 1 plus size model etc. You would have shown more class that way. You show more respect, you get more sales.

This campaign has NOTHING to do with loving your body. There is no diversity in their ad and no mention of self esteem. This ad tells me to only love your body if it's small. Lets see some love for big and little bodies.
