Katherine Heigl Hair Change - Blonde to Dark

"Grey's Anatomy" star Katherine Heigl debuted a new brunette hairstyle this week.

The new mom is known for her golden locks, which have run the gamut from a frosty almost-platinum to a deeper honey shade. Heigl did flirt with auburn hair at one point, but ultimately went back to blonde.

Whatever her color, Heigl's hair always had that warm, tell-tale tone of naturally dark hair that's been lightened, so we figured she'd go back to her roots eventually.

Verdict: We like the rich new chocolate look. And whether or not this is her "natural" hair color, it looks very natural on the star. Heigl is lucky that her light, peachy skin can carry many shades.

Vickie you haven't been out too much lately then, there's lots of people all over the world who are naturally blond/e that aren't on the Swedish Curling Team.

One of the most famous ones is from South Africa. Charlize Theron, a famous Male is the Berber Soccer Star Zinedine Zidane.

I'll actually watch the Stephanie Plum Series if Kate Heigl's going to be Steph now, I think she's a great actress, she's got some chutzpah! I hope they get Betty White to play Grandma Plum too!

As for Kate going Brunette, even if it wasn't/isn't for a Role, I think she's gorgeous no matter what colour she goes. She's just a very beautiful woman in general. She could make a Rainbow Clown Wig look Amazing! I just wish they'd give her a better haircut now.

Heidi has brown hair naturally. I've never liked that bright blonde coloring because it looked so fake. like Vickie posted, only kids and the swedish like this and their blonde coloring is softer and natural looking..lol. Some people are so fascinated with having blonde hair but some of those people look better with dark hair. Heidi is one of them. I've seen her before with dark hair and she looks a lot better. Also, the picture they are showing is not the most becoming. Looks like the hair isn't combed and very little makeup but it still looks 100x better than the blonde because it looks believable..;)

Unless she is preparing herself for a role, I definitely like her MUCH better as a blonde. It looks like she was born that way though I doubt it. Much more striking either with
it short or long.
