Who better to star on the cover of Vogue's annual Shape Issue than Gisele Bündchen. Just six weeks after giving birth to her first child, the supermodel -- who gained 30 pregnancy pounds -- is back to her svelte and sexy self in a bright orange single-sleeve top and khaki hot pants by Stella McCartney, earrings by nOir jewelry, and Slane & Slane bangles.

For her first big post-baby shoot, Bündchen was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier at the getaway home she shares with NFL star hubby Tom Brady in Costa Rica.

In the photos, she rides a horse while wearing a Hervé Léger bandage-bikini top, Alexander Wang striped shorts, and J.Crew moccasins; sips from a coconut in an overflowing Bottega Veneta corset; strikes a yoga pose in a Bottega cotton-crepe onesie; dives into a pool in an Eres string bikini; and hikes up stairs in mosaic-print Roberto Cavalli short-shorts.

The stunning portfolio also includes a gorgeous portrait of a seven-months-pregnant Bündchen in a sheer Chloé gown, and an image of her cradling newborn son Benjamin Rein -- who arrived last Dec. 8 -- with her tummy displayed in a cropped Marc Jacobs cardigan and boy shorts.

Bündchen
tells Vogue she kept fit during her pregnancy with a combination of yoga and kung fu (it's also been reported that she used the Brazilian Body Surf technique).

Following Benjamin's birth, she didn't leave her Boston apartment for six weeks but instead relied on living-room yoga sessions and muscle memory to whip herself back into shape.

In the revealing profile, the 29-year-old bombshell also opens up about her natural beauty line, Sejaa, which she'll sell online, and the creation of her supermodel persona, including why she doesn't see herself as that person anymore.

Doing her first shoot as a new mom for Brazilian sportswear line Colcci, "I wasn't feeling it," she says. "Makeup was done, hair was done, and I looked in the mirror and I still wasn't seeing the person who's a model."

Well, if the Vogue shoot is any indication, it looks like the model Bündchen is back -- even better than before.
