The resulting images feature everyone from tennis great (and part time Cole Haan designer) Maria Sharapova baking cookies in her L.A. kitchen to surfer/shopkeeper Johnny Knapp from Bellport, New York.
Also among Selby's subjects was DJ, student, and international scenester Harley Viera Newton who doubled as the evening's music maestro. "It was great having them shoot at my apartment," she concurred. "I didn't have to go anywhere!"
While shooting in the comforts of home certainly made for happy models, those leaving the intimate fete had reason to rejoice as well.
