Hillary Clinton Ups Her Style Quotient in Robert Marc Sunglasses

It looks like former first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton might be taking a page from Michelle Obama's style book.

The U.S. secretary of state appears to have finally ditched her signature headbands and prom-worthy dresses in favor of a more sophisticated look.

Sporting a poufier new 'do, Hillary has been playing with whimsical patterns and textures, taking fashion risks (need we remind you of the embroidered flowery coat she wore in Afghanistan?), and jazzing up her classic skirt suit with a flash of gold jewelry at the March 14 Women in the World Summit.

When the Yale Law grad deplaned in Moscow this morning -- where she will push for arms talks -- HRC looked every bit the chic jet-setter in a pair of rectangular Robert Marc sunglasses (style 602, in Stone with brown lenses, in case you were wondering) that flattered her rounder face shape.

Marc's subdued, elegant eyewear -- no flashy hardware and logos here -- has attracted a loyal celebrity fan base, including Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, and Kate Hudson.

Even if Hillary's labels don't include the big-name fashion designers that Mrs. O favors, such as Jason Wu, Thakoon and L'Wren Scott, we think she makes a pretty persuasive case for understated power dressing.

What do you think of Hillary's more fashion-forward style?

When not tackling political issues, Hillary is busy planning daughter Chelsea's wedding.

I agree with you Steve, her teeth are really discolored! You would think that someone with the kind of money she has, and a woman in her position, would try to do more with her appearance. Get your teeth whitened and get rid of that hideous lipstick. Also, those shades have to go. Just because they are designer, doesn't mean that they look good on you! Get a hint Hillary, maybe that is why Bill went looking for other women to satisfy his desires!!!

One would have to go incognito when working for that administration. Especially being the secretary of state and going to some place around the world that Barack Obama has either Ripped into or apologized for The United States Of America.

I can't believe that you are criticizing this administration. What did you think of the Bush Administration? He was the one who mired us in a lie to get into Iraq where $2 Billion a month was being spent. We had no business being there and Afghanistan would be a different place if we had just focused on it instead of invading Iraq. And, the country may not have been bankrupt when President Obama entered the White House.

I don't know where you get your information from but I suspect you watch only Fox News (loosely called news) Opinion show. If you believe what they dish out there, you are a very REAL FOOL

May she just realized, she needs all the help she can get. Maybe if she'd tried years ago, Monica would'nt be rich today...

The most important information about our Secretary of Sate,
Hillary Clinto, is her work efficacy.
I am satisfied with Mrs. Clinton's job performance.
As a women, I like Mrs. Clinton's new do-very light and moving.

I like the sunglasses but they are a little too small for her face. They look child size. Sorry Hillary, but if they were slightly bigger, they wouldn't make your eyes look so close together.

I can't beleive that anyone would be interested in style. Our country is falling apart at the seams and all some can say are "look at the way Hillary or Michelle is dressed" This is just something I can't wrap my head around. Why does it matter? I don't care if the President and his wife go streaking across the south lawn at 2 am. I don't care if what they do in their personal life or what they choose to wear. What I want to see is some action in the political field. Unfortunately, we're not going to see that.
