Chic Easter Eggs: How to Decorate With Style

Easter is hopping down the bunny trail, fast approaching on April 4, 2010.

Though we can't wait to indulge in Marshmallow Peeps and Cadbury Mini Eggs while wearing the breeziest of fashions and brightest lacquers, we could not resist a recent invite from our friends at ShelterPop to get a jump start on perfecting our egg-dying skills.

Armed with hard-boiled eggs, stock paper, rainbow-colored dye, stickers, hair extensions, and a hot glue gun (plus, plenty of help from a crafty stylist), we designed some pretty stylish eggs including a covergirl, Chanel-esque lipstick, and facial mas (to make it's visage look egg-cellant).

I disagree...I was disappointed. I don't think they're all that creative at all. And what's with the link in your post? Are you one of those creepy people who post their crap on any site just to get it out there? If so, you are the scum of the earth! I was hoping aol would have eliminated this scourge by now. No one wants to read your ad so STOP IT ALREADY!!!

WOW ! I must agree w/both responses by Barbara and Mike -- I have grandchildren with much more creativity than the duh-dud that did these eggs.

I will add my veto on your "stink-link" also. If you can't afford to advertise on your
own dime, PLEASE STAY OFF OURS !

There is nothing creative about these gawd-awful looking eggs. I think the writers of this article mixed up their holidays. Easter is a time to delight children not scare them. These eggs should be reserved for Halloween.

Granted you may have found a site BUT it was not in the article and you should not have put it in the comment section. The more I look at them the sillier they get.... at least I got a laugh out of them,
this world is a crazy mixed up place if things ( eggs ) like these are thought to be GREAT.

Not sure that I would want them in my easter basket, although did make me laugh. I found a lot of cute ideas for easter, including a funny twist on a traditional easter egg hunt, complete with sample clues.. it is a bit cheesy but sure with a fun group could be fun : http://www.celebrationideasonline.com/easter-celebration-ideas.html.. also easy easter dessert recipes..
