In this episode of "My Body, My Style," Carol is short and full-figured. Stylist Sam Saboura recommends that she add some color to her wardrobe via a bright cardigan and a long dark trouser pant that flairs at the bottom.

If you share Carol's body shape, Saboura recommends always wearing dark clothes on the bottom and adding a little bit of height to slim down your lower half. You can balance the look by wearing bright colors on top which will bring the eye up. The final ensemble has Saboura exclaiming that Carol "looks ten pounds skinnier."
