We get a lot of in-store beauty event notices here at StyleList, and they usually don't involve much more than a hand massage or makeup touch-up (not that we're knocking either of those things!!).

But Skyn Iceland's 5-year birthday party at Sephora definitely caught our attention.

Select Sephora stores are hosting a full day of stress-relieving services, a stress-and-your-skin educational session led by Skyn Iceland founder Sarah Kugelman (who created Skyn Iceland skincare to address the negative effects of stress on skin) and a panel of health and wellness experts.

The experts are from fields of skincare, cardiology, nutrition, holistic health, yoga and pilates, and they're all be there to answer your specific questions about managing stress for a healthier life. You can also get a mini-treatment with Skyn Iceland products, and it's all for free.
