Madonna Wears Fanny Pack, Combat Boots

What does a celebrity wear to do community service in Malawi? Certainly not what any of us would choose.

For example, if you're Madonna, you might wear a Chanel tracksuit, or perhaps some baggy crotch plaid pants, combat boots, and a fanny pack. The star sported that exact strange combination while helping some folks in a nearby village yesterday.

The outfit (minus the fanny pack, of course) looks like something Gwen Stefani would have wore in the '90s, paired with suspenders and a cut-off tank. It could almost be cool, but then there's the fact that Madonna is a mom. Wearing a fanny pack.

Mischa Barton seems to be pretty comfortable in her own skin, and we applaud that. We don't, however, applaud the actress' jeans. The notoriously unflattering high-waisted style may be great under tops, but on its own has the effect of magnifying the hip and thigh area. And the light yellow color only adds insult to injury.

While Carey loves to show her skin, which is smooth and "just like honey" after all these years, her curvy frame, on the other hand, might have been better suited in a different dress.
