And it seems they're in good company -- the 47-year-old actress herself admits that she too was once obsessed with keeping her figure picture perfect.
Moore spoke exclusively to UK ELLE magazine, in which she confesses, "I had an extreme obsession with my body. I made it a measure of my own value," reports the Daily Mail.
A former workout junkie, Mrs. Ashton Kutcher once followed a strict diet and reportedly biked 35 miles before breakfast. "I tried to dominate it," she says of her body.
"Which I did, and I changed it multiple times over. But it never lasted and ultimately it didn't bring me anything but temporary happiness."
These days, the mother of three sticks to a mostly organic diet -- even indulging on pasta and popcorn -- and follows a much kinder yoga and Pilates regime.
Though it's been reported that Moore has spent upwards of $3 million in plastic surgery to get a flawless physique, she will only say, "It just irritates me that people are constantly saying how much I've spent on plastic surgery."
Still, Moore does fess up to having had a little nip and tuck. "I have had something done, but it's not on my face," she says. That doesn't mean she'd rule it out in the future.
She tells UK ELLE, "You know what? Maybe one day I'll go under the knife." And you know what? We'll definitely be watching!
