In this installment of "My Body, My Style" we meet Debi, who is short with an athletic build. At just under 5 feet tall, Debi admits that she is accustomed to shopping in the junior's department, much to the chagrin of stylist Sam Saboura.
Saboura's mission is to lengthen and soften the boxiness of Debi's body (and get her out of the kiddie department). For women with a similar stature, he recommends wearing straight leg and slim leg pants to help elongate the legs. He also suggests that showing a little skin (i.e. bare arms) can be a good thing because it will also add length to the form.
As Saboura states, "less is more when it comes to a petite frame," and Debi's final look is a knockout. Whether you're pear shaped, have a long torso, or are full-figured, you won't want to miss the rest of our tips for finding the best clothes for your shape, in the "My Body, My Style" series.
