Thought Harper's Bazaar's makeover of Susan Boyle was amazing?

Well, "youse" ain't seen nothing yet.

For its May issue, the fashion magazine has done the unthinkable: turned the "Jersey Shore" "Guidettes" into glam charm-school grads.

Etiquette expert Lizzie Post and socialite Tinsley Mortimer co-star with Snooki, Sammi Sweetheart and JWoww in a photo shoot that sees the rough-around-the-edges trio getting schooled on fine dining, ladylike postures and etiquette.

And while the reality starlets may not be drafting thank you notes on Smythson stationery just yet, their tutelage has paid off.

The magazine makeover culminates in classy black and white shots of three graceful young ladies, clad in tasteful gowns from Marchesa and Pamela Dennis, with nary a pouf in sight.

Which begs the question: Who are you and what have you done with our Snooki?!?

Judging by the behind-the-scenes video from the shoot, it sounds like the magazine had its work cut out for it.

"I used to take etiquette school," Snooki confides. "I know a couple things already. I just haven't been using them."

You don't say.

According to the accompanying article, Snooki also rolled up to the shoot in a trucker hat, while JWoww attacked from all fronts in "a hooded pink sweat suit, Ugg-style boots, a studded Christian Audigier bag, purple-streaked hair and a hot-pink, bedazzled French manicure."

Surprisingly, she wasn't shot on sight, and even took time to show off her diamond ring.

"It's just a commitment ring," JWoww told the magazine. "It's part of a $22,000 set my boyfriend got me for Christmas -- a ring, necklace and earrings. I got him a ring with diamonds too."

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like the girls' lessons in refinement and toned-down makeovers will stick.

"It hurts," Snooki complained. "I'd rather just pose in clubs."

For more details, visit Harper's Bazaar online or pick up the May issue, on sale April 27.

Meanwhile, the "Jersey Shore" boys are starring in this month's Interview.

I'm sorry but they still look so classless. Class is not just what you wear, it's the way you carry yourself, the way you speak, etc. Some people can pull it off, some can't. Putting an expensive dress on these "girls" just doesn't cut it.

Aside from their moronic behavior, spray tans, fake boobs, lack of intellect, and overall "HO demeanor" I'd say they're ready to graduate from Mrs. Porter's School.

Anyone who even begins to use the word "CLASS" in any form regarding these pigs is one themself.

I would "maybe" consider them after a quart of good scotch. But only for about 15 minutes.

They could possibly have a future though ...... seriously now..... they could play a role as the offspring of the women in the movie Goodfellows. In fact an educational movie could be made using these pigs as "why some mum's and dad's should NOT have kids.

I mean seriously .... if I had kids like these, both the girls and the guys, I would seriously consider leaving then on a door step and then fleeing the country. Maybe even go into the witness protection program.

What would really be a kick is to see this group in about twenty years. Especially the girls as mature bimbettes. Big fat lumpy thighs, leather faces from all the tanning, and possibly with some new form of rash or infection from their nights when they thought they were hot ......;>)

I still can not believe how these people became famous. Those girls with those big plastic fake boobs just don't do it for me. I rather see a woman with natural smaller ones then those basketball boobs they carry around with them. To bad Network programing heads have no clue on how to find good TV sitcoms or drama shows. Network TV is so bad now I never watch it.

thank goodness i'm not the only one who thinks these girls are obnoxious and loud mouthed. I thought everyone liked this snookie girl, and I was getting concerned about our nation's state of mind. the girl has no respect for herself, that's probably why she kept getting punched in the mouth...she even got knocked out by a guy, now that's awful on both sides. She reminds me of the neighborhood little fat girl who thought she could go around beating up boys because she says "i'm a girl and you're not allowed to hit me", well your mouth keeps writing checks - but your account is definitely overdrawn!

Margaret Mitchell said it in Gone with the Wind: Put a mule in a harness covered with brass, slick up his hide, and hitch him to a fine carriage. He's still a mule in horse harness.

How well does Snooki get along with her white roommates from the show? I don't get why the show spent any money on having them back...just do another casting call for guido's/guidettes....

All the makeup and pretty dresses in the world cannot cure VD or get rid of that noxious shnookie skank funk. It's just lipstick on pigs...literally.

actually fits perfectly with this pack of swine.

The article quotes Snooki as saying, "I used to take etiquette school." That pretty much says it all. I guess I should tell people that I used to "take college." Roll a turd in powdered sugar and you still have a turd. Why does America have an appetite for vermin like this? I am sad for us all....
