Wifey has gone wild.
Though she's best known for wearing shapeless scrubs on "ER" and buttoned-up lawyer gear on "The Good Wife," actress Julianna Margulies transforms into a foxy fashion plate on the cover of W's May issue.
George Clooney, eat your heart out.
Margulies gives last month's cover stars Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler a run for their money in the sexy department, gracing the cover in a racy red animal-print Dolce & Gabbana silk dress worn over a silk jacquard bodysuit and paired with a Pomellato gold and diamond cuff, the magazine tells us.
Throw in scarlet lips and a mane of raven curls, and you've got one ferociously fab look.
The inside images, photographed by Nathaniel Goldberg, also reveal Margulies' glam side. The actress stuns in a red Bottega Veneta silk chiffon gown and Tiffany & Co. bracelets in one shot, while vamping it up in a seductive Dior silk satin romper and Agent Provocateur bra in a steamy black and white image.
The accompanying article has the Narciso Rodriguez fan musing on her career and life as a 40-something woman.
"I'll always do television -- television celebrates women," she tells W. "It's where the best, richest roles for women are, period."
She also claims that her secret to looking young isn't courtesy of some skincare potion.
"I know this is going to sound corny, but I love my life," Margulies says.
"I love my baby, so I love getting to wake up with him. And I have the most amazing job, with writing that any actor would love and costars who I can't wait to see on Monday mornings. And I love coming home to my husband. If I had a job I hated or a husband who I was always fighting with, then I would look tired."
Note to self: Find one of these agreeable husbands.
