I say the same. Church is not about what you are wearing on the outside, it's what you are wearing in your heart! I don't care what the woman wears, that's her choice. Personally, I can't bring myself to wear jeans to church, but that's my preference. People need to stop being so vicious and hateful!

Yes, Gwens outfit looks like one of those make-you-dizzy optical illusion pictures you see in one of the tabloids...but it isn't OMG awful on such a beautiful faced and figured woman like her.

I just hope she has a matching gangster hat to go with this ensemble.

As a dude, my 2 cents might seem a bit strange, but here goes. (The following will focus mostly on female wear, after going through all those people.) 1) Women (and men) wear much too much black (and occasionally gray) those days at formal events. Lighten up! 2) High collars are often ugly but can be tempered with nice hair, especially nice long hair. I think I prefer the V neck. 3) Capes look too science fictiony and are impractical, and backless dresses are just impractical. They might catch attention, but sometimes those and dresses that are small might be prone to wardrobe malfunctions. One should wear something comfortable - which is why I rated some items hot while others didn't. 4) I don't mind lace. It looks good, oftentimes. 5) Middle-aged and older women are probably better off covering up more, younger women are probably better off leaving stuff off, unless the weather is cool or cold, in which case wearing more would be a good idea outdoors. I am not sure what chubby women should do. My best guess is the muumuu, but if anyone has a better idea, tell it to the people. 6) Shoulder padding doesn't really work well. 7) The "hourglass look" is pretty cool, particularly with dresses. Ruffles and lace look good sometimes.

Here we go! I love it! There are millions of people these days who have turned their backs on God and the church. However, those same millions of people seem to want to be the "judges" of what people can wear to church. I think it is wonderful that a famous person like Stefani doesn't mind to be seen in church and I think it is hopeful to know that she did go! I wish more famous people would follow suit.

ah, Gwen is my fav singer as well as No Doubt, pssst...did met them in the 'greet and Meet' in Orlando, Fl..hopeful see them again...(six time, saw them at the concerts) and we know that Gwen is a loveable person...glad that she went to the church!!!

Gwen is always gorgeous. Her style stellar. But this is a miss. She looks like an unwanted boxed present that got dumped on a doorstep.
