Set to premiere on Friday, Aguilera's "Not Myself Tonight" video shows the 29-year-old former Mouseketeer in a black PVC bra and pencil skirt that is a dead ringer for the ensemble the "Telephone" singer wore in London last August.
In addition, Aguilera sports pink streaks in her hair -- hello, Gaga! -- bright red lips, and outrageous yellow eye shadow.
The onetime "Dirrty" girl became a household name well before 24-year-old Gaga even encountered the Fame Monster, but she's long been accused of stealing Gaga's style.
Sporting blunt bangs a la Gaga at a 2008 event, Aguilera was asked if the had inspired her appearance. "This person was just brought to my attention not too long ago," Christina responded. "I'm not quite sure who this person is, to be honest. I don't know if it is a man or a woman." Meow!
Since then, however, both platinum artists have been spotted in similarly risque attire, with Gaga taking the lead.
Though Aguilera claims she pays little attention to Gaga, R&B singer Akon -- who takes credit for discovering the "Paparazzi" performer -- disagrees.
"I think sometimes she gets insecure because of all the success Gaga has had, not realizing that she was already successful before Gaga came out," he told Vibe magazine, according to U.K. newspaper The Daily Mail.
"Soon as Gaga came out, everything switched up. Christina stepped out of her own shell to become something different."
Or something more like Gaga.
Regardless, Aguilera, whose futuristic new album Bionic will be released June 9, insists she doesn't have to prove herself.
"It just comes with the territory," she says of the Gaga comparisons. "That, in particular, is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on. I've been around for over a decade, and I think my work speaks for myself."
StyleList believes you, Christina -- but we better not ever catch you wearing a bubble dress.
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie is stealing Sophia Loren's style on the set of her new movie.
