Talk about jeanius. Net-a-Porter.com has launched a new "Denim Boutique" on its site, devoted entirely to the inky garment.

In an effort to help customers navigate the vast selection of styles out there, the online retailer is allowing visitors to filter the 20 denim designers it features, including J Brand, Ksubi and Victoria Beckham Denim, by silhouette (skinny, boyfriend, bootcut, leggings, etc.), as well as wash, fabric type and rinse.

And because the "Jeans Team" over at the site has literally tried on every denim style it carries, they're able to offer customers the best fit and style advice to flatter various body types. The team is also giving tips on how to measure oneself and how to care for your precious denim.

Perhaps our favorite part of the new jeans-focused section is the mini-video highlighting the top ten most iconic denim moments over the decades. In the clip, which includes comments from Erin Wasson and Brian Atwood, we get to go back down nostalgia lane, looking at Chloe's '70s-style high-waisted jeans, Bananarama's boyfish ripped styles, Alexander McQueen's bumsters, the flares of Charlie's Angels, Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon's oversized '90s denim in Thelma & Louise, Jennifer Grey's cut-offs in Dirty Dancing, Marilyn Monroe's retro boyfriend fit jeans, Claudia Schiffer in the original Guess Jeans campaigns of the '90s, Kate Moss bringing back the skinnies and, of course, a 15-year-old Brooke Shields in skin-tight Calvin Kleins.

Fashion history lovers will also adore the jeans timeline that goes from the beginnings of denim in the 16th century up to Beyonce's cut-offs at Coachella, as well as a fun denim facts and a glossary of jeans terminology.
