Calvin Klein has added another wispy blonde to its spokesperson arsenal of fashionable celebs.

This fall, German model-actress Diane Kruger will appear in international print and TV ads for the design house's newest fragrance, Calvin Klein Beauty.

The glamorous jet-setter -- who divides her time between Paris and Vancouver -- is a fashion darling and has close friendships with designers like Karl Lagerfeld.

Last night, Kruger, in a clingy white gown punctuated by Fred Leighton diamonds, took a twirl on the red carpet at the 2010 Met Costume Institute Gala, where she was accompanied by designer Francisco Costa, creative director of Calvin Klein.

Previous Calvin Klein faces include Kate Moss, Scarlett Johansson, Christy Turlington, and Eva Mendes.

While this is a huge deal for the 33-year-old "Inglourious Basterds" star, she's no stranger to big-name campaigns. Kruger previously fronted for French cosmetics giant L'Oréal.

We bet it didn't hurt that she's fluent in French. Voila!
