Move over, Batman. Get lost, Betty and Veronica. There's a new comic book star in town: Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.

The former supermodel and current French First Lady is set to be immortalized in Bluewater Productions' "Female Force" line of comic books, the company tells us.

The good news is, she looks waaaaaaaaay better in tights than that Clark Kent dude.

Scheduled to hit comic stores in August, "Female Force: Carla Bruni-Sarkozy" was written by "Doctor Who" novelist David McIntee, with illustrations from Heath Foley. (Bluewater is also the brains behind the Lady Gaga comic book. Love.)

And lest you be worried about a lot of boring mumbo jumbo about French politics, take heart: The book will reportedly trace the beauty's roots as a catwalk queen and pop singer.

"It was interesting to try to find an angle from which to cover a real person's story rather than to make one up," McIntee says in a press statement.

"It's a nice little variation on the usual way of writing a comic."

But if Bruni is too racy for your taste, you can always opt for Bluewater's July comic book devoted to the always titillating -- cough -- former British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher. Now that's a page turner.
