Nominated by her sons for our Makeover My Mom series, Bonnie is a single mother who devotes her life to her children and the ones she teaches. Compassionate, caring and completely selfless, her boys thought their mom should be made top priority.

So, Bonnie received the surprise of her life: a head to toe makeover.

Our team of fashion and beauty pros pulled out all the stops to give this dedicated and hard working mother the royal treatment.



Hair stylist Chaz Dean updated Bonnie's style by taking her back to her roots. Trading her red hue for a rich brown and softening her short layers, he gave Bonnie a low-maintenance style that would embrace her natural curl.

Makeup artist Janice Bremec wanted to give Bonnie a glow that was age appropriate.

Bremec evened her skin tone with a medium coverage foundation, and applied a touch of bronzer to warm up her complexion. By adding a small drop of luminizing lotion to the foundation, she was able to give Bonnie a radiant finish.

Bremec smoothed on a soft lip color to create a youthful, fuller pout.

Fashion stylist and Makeover My Mom host Sam Saboura slipped Bonnie into a print wrap dress, which hugged and accentuated all the right places.

While his intent was to highlight the bust, a statement necklace took some of the focus away from the plunging neckline. Classic black heels -- which elongated Bonnie's petite frame -- completed the look.

Bonnie's definitely one hot mama!
