The infant -- Schiffer's third child with "Kick-Ass" director hubby Matthew Vaughn - was born May 14 at London's Portland Hospital.
"Mother and baby are happy and doing well," the couple, who wed in 2002 and are also parents to son Caspar, 7, and daughter Clementine, 5, said in a statement.
According to reports out of Germany, little miss Vaughn was born via cesarean section, and her name will be revealed in the coming week.
In a March interview with German TV channel RTL, Schiffer, 39, said she cut back on modeling to focus on family.
"I used to work every single day and travel round the world. I worked weekends, I never took one second off. When I met my husband I said, 'You know what, this is important. I'm not going to work weekends any more,'" she said.
"And when I had kids, I became even more careful. Modeling work is fine because you can do one day here, two days there -- you're never long gone."
More recently, in the German newspaper Welt am Sonntag, the Dolce & Gabbana perfume pitchwoman revealed that she feels more empowered since becoming a mom.
"I am much more self-confident today, because of my children and my husband," she said. "I know what I am doing, what I want [and], I am in control of myself."
