Call it the beauty Oscars. Every year, Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) combs through thousands of product launches to reward the best new beauty products.

Now, we know what you're thinking -- wouldn't it be a dream to try out all the nominees yourself? Our thoughts exactly, so we asked our coworkers to sniff, spray, and smooth on the five different nominees in three award categories, and offer up their candid reviews. And we're are giving you the chance to win them!

We'll be serving up our reviews for the rest of the week, in a lead up to the CEW awards lunch on Friday (May 21), where we will be tweeting live. Yesterday, we tested Hair Styling Product Finalists in the Mass category. Today, we're testing out the Eye Treatment Product Finalists in the Mass category.

Read on for our experiences, don't forget to enter to win them all by leaving a comment, below!

Neutrogena Instant Eye Reviver from Ageless Restoratives
"The undereye de-puffer seemed to brighten up my eyes and make them appear a little less puffy. The metal rollerball was always cool to the touch, which felt refreshing when applying the product. For close to $20, the [Neutrogena] Instant Eye Reviver doesn't cost as much as some anti-aging products, which was good. However, it still didn't create the results I wanted -- while my eyes looked less puffy, the dark circles didn't diminish at all. And if applied direclty after washing my face, the product seemed to burn slightly." - Ashley Neglia, Assistant Editor, AOL Health

Avon Products, Inc. Anew Clinical Crow's Feet Corrector
"There are two sides to the [Avon Anew Clinical Crow's Feet Corrector] applicator: One contains a gritty cream designed to slough off old skin and the other side was the eye cream itself. The slougher was fine, but totally unnecessary. If you're buying an eye cream, it should be all eye cream. The cream was way too thick to use under makeup. I used it for four days. I figured that the first day, I'd applied too much cream, as my makeup was caking. The next three days, I applied it much lighter, but my trusted makeup continued to accentuate the lines around my eyes. It's way too thick for daytime use. I would only use it as a night cream." - Susan Avery, Editor & Cultural Ambassador, ParentDish

Garnier Nutrioniste Skin Renew Anti-Sun-Damage Daily Eye Cream SPF 15
"As someone who normally uses more holistic products, the Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renewal Daily Eye Cream was quite a change. I enjoying the cream consistency of the product, but felt there was an unpleasant scent in the product. It also seemed to make my under eyes much more oily than usual and I generally needed to combat that with extra powder on my face. · Would you ever use this product again? Why? I would not. I prefer lighter products for my face that cause less build up and decrease oiliness. I did however, enjoy the the fact that there was an anti-sun damage component to the product as I'm quite worried about UV rays and the damages it can do to my skin." - Christina Lang, Editor, AOL Living

Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller
"While I don't think I used the product long enough to see the disappearance of fine lines and wrinkles, the amount of moisture increased 2 times underneath my eyes and puffiness started to decrease. I actually went the weekend without makeup and finally felt comfortable. Concealer and corrector also went on easier and even last longer after using this product (due to hydrated skin). I would use this product again and will continue to use it to see if wrinkles diminish. On the mornings I forgot my eye cream, it didn't seem like my eyes were undernourished." - Sarah De Heer, Assistant Editor, KitchenDaily & SlashFood

Vichy LiftActiv Retinol HA Eyes
"I liked this product. I'm usually very sensitive to creams and lotions around my eyes because they're too oily or greasy but that's not the case here. The skin around my eyes felt smoother and more moisturized after using the cream. My makeup went on nicely on top of it -- just a few dabs of a cream concealer and I feel like it actually stayed on longer because it had a better, less dry base to cling to. And it was totally fine to wear with contacts. I'll definitely use it again." - Erin Scottberg, Community Editor, LemonDrop

My FAVORITE eye care product is the Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller.
When I was growing up, kids would make fun of me because my eyes are slightly smaller than the "norm". I had to wear gobs of make-up to make them appear bigger. This product helped de-puffed my eyes and left them moisturized. I now feel good about my eyes and no longer need to wear so much make-up. However, I'm too young to be getting wrinkles right now, but hey, if I keep using this product, I dont think I will ever get them!

My favorite eye product right now is the Garnier Skin Renew anti-puff eye roller. If you have dark circles and puffiness around your eyes you will love this product. Before I started using the eye roller I use to look tried and now I think I look alot better without the puffiness and dark circles. I would love to try these other new products, I'm always looking for new things that work. So, hopefully I will win and get a chance to try them.

For an affordable eye treatment the Olay Eye Roller is great. Used in the morning when my eyes tend to be more puffy and use retin A at night and have seen a noticable difference.

My current favorite eye cream is the Bare Escentuals cream, as well as Philosophy dark circle corrector. I would LOVE to use these products, due to my dark circles and fine lines.

My favorite product is Garnier Nutrioniste Skin Renew Anti-Sun-Damage Daily Eye Cream SPF 15. The skin around the eyes is so delicate and needs this extra layer of protection without irritating your eyes. Very important to me since I wear contacts.

For an eye cream I like using Garnier Nutriste Anti- Sun Damage Daily Eye Cream. I like the consistency and it doesnt seem to get oily. But it could be because I have normal to dry skin! I would love to try other products and hopefully fall in love. ( with at least one :)
