Call it the beauty Oscars. Every year, Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) combs through thousands of product launches to reward the best new beauty products.

Now, we know what you're thinking -- wouldn't it be a dream to try out all the nominees yourself? Our thoughts exactly, so we asked our coworkers to sniff, spray, and smooth on the five different nominees in three award categories, and offer up their candid reviews. And we're are giving you the chance to win them!

We'll be serving up our reviews for the rest of the week, in a lead up to the CEW awards lunch on Friday (May 21), where we will be tweeting live. Yesterday, we tested out the Eye Treatment Product Finalists in the Mass category. Tuesday, we tested Hair Styling Product Finalists in the Mass category. And today, we're testing out the Anti-Aging Product Finalists in the Mass category.

Read on for our experiences, don't forget to enter to win them all by leaving a comment, below!

Olay Professional Pro-X Deep Wrinkle Treatment
"It gave my skin a very subtle sheen -- not an oily sheen but a healthy glow. I spot treated and put it only in areas where I think I have the deepest wrinkles -- my forehead and around my eyes. Definitely did not use a lot of product at a time which was nice. It went on smooth-- not greasy at all. It felt nice and my skin felt nice to the touch. I can't say my wrinkles are improved or gone, (i've only been using it for a week) but the few times I actually did catch myself in a mirror, I noticed that the overall look of my skin appeared healthier." - Allison Mezzafonte, Senior Home & Garden Editor, ShelterPop

RoC Multi Correxion Skin Perfecting System
"I liked the tiny scrubbers in this cleanser -- not at all rough, or too large like I've found with exfoliating cleansers before. Very gentle, and didn't make me break out, an impressive feat on its own. I really liked that the day cream had SFP 30 and I liked the amount of product the little pump on the cleanser and day cream doled out. I always feel unsure about the amount of product I'm using so I appreciated the portion control. As for the wrinkle banishing aspect: I only used this for 6 days, so it could be my imagination that the lines on my forehead look a little less deep. I'd say its a good product for younger gals who have some lines but are also concerned about using something too-oily that could cause acne. I'll continue to use it until its up, and then ill judge the difference before going out and buying a new set." - Amy Preiser, Associate Home & Garden Editor, ShelterPop

GoodSkin Labs Sculptinex Instant ReSculpting Face Treatment with Tensine and Resveratol
"While the GoodSkin Labs Sculptinex Instant ReSculpting Face Treatment applicator may appear to be intimidating, once I started "sculpting" my cleansed face with its firming concoction of oxygen and collagen boosting ingredients, I was way over my initial fear. I loved that it was not a thick mass of product and how it complemented my daily application of sunscreen. Throughout the day, I noticed enhanced moisture and a tightened skin sensation. I would definitely continue using this product, especially if it will help to keep people guessing what my real age is." - Dana L. Oliver, Assistant Editor, StyleList

Avon Products, Inc. Anew Clinical Derma-Full X3 Facial Filling Serum
"I found it to be very silky on the skin and to the touch which is one thing I love about a serum. I noticed that my face had a brilliant sheen after using it, but in the end it seemed like if I could use it for a longer period of time then I may get the full effect. I did feel that it smoothed my skin and filled it out a bit. I would use the filling serum again." - Jolie Novak, Senior Photo Editor, AOL Mediaglow

Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Pro Deep Wrinkle Roller
"The Garnier Ultra-Lift Pro Deep Wrinkle roller was cool and a bit wet, but it felt smooth. It says that it is "for lifting and firming as well as plumping," but I didn't really notice much of a difference. It did make me feel like there was a healthy shine to my skin after using it, but the lifting/firming aspect was not there for me in the 4-5 days of usage. That said, I plan to keep using it!" -Jolie Novak, Senior Photo Editor, AOL Mediaglow

I used to use only Estee Lauder products but it became too expensive. Now I use Olay Definity and I feel it works just as well. By the time I finished the first jar I could tell a difference in the firmness of my skin but I haven't noticed anymore improvement and I'm well into the second jar.

I started using Olay products in my 20s and simply loved the healthy look and uncomplicated process that went with application. Admittedly in my 30s I became a great fan of Clinique and Loreal products; but, lately anything Garnier seems to get my noteworthy attention. As mentioned by another viewer Clinique and Estee Lauder are truly undeniably tops in skincare; but for the dinero I'd have to go with Garnier, with faithful Olay a very close second.

I just bought ROC day and night deep wrinkle filler. I am hoping that the results are as good as they claim! I will let you know in a few weeks!

I am 67 yr. old and have a gizzard neck and other lines in my face. I am not in a position to spend much money and was having a hip replaced, just prior to the procedure I purchased Ultra Lift Pro on sale at Target. I was pleasantly surprised at the results when first tried. I have been using the product for 6 weeks. It is consistently good, not like anything else I've tried in many years. I intend on using this Garnier product given the ability to purchase it at a good price. At my age, there is little I have been able to rely on in beauty products. I am thrilled with this paricular product. Thanks for the opportunity to pass this on.

I love Oil of Olay. I started using it in my teens and I am now in my 40's. I have encouraged my daughter age 18 to use it also. We both have been blessed with few blemishes and youthful looking skin as a result. It is smooth, light, non greasy and smells great. I would not recommend taking the cheap way out and purchasing a store brand. Spend the extra dollars and get the good stuff. You want regret it!

I love anything that keeps my skin protected from harmful DNA-damaging agents such as UV light (I'm a lab geek, and we work with UV every day so it's doubly important). My best products and anti-aging treatment is a tinted moisturizer I use daily. I tend to change it up periodically, but regardless of the brand that is my number one priority -- keep my skin moisturized and shield it from the sun.

Olay products are the best! I've been using them 30+ years and according to my family and the new friends I meet I have "designer genes".

I have always used Olay however after having my last 2 kids and getting older I decided to change as Olay did what it needed to for the past time but as my skin changed I needed something else. I went to Loriel products I love and definitely Roc.
I have taking pictures before and after a couple of months use of my neck and upper chest that gets alot of the sun. (you know right above the cleavage area) I see that the lines have diminished drastically, noticed my neck is firmer ( I use the deep wrinkle filler for chest area)
I am in my early 40's and use the loriel night face firming for older skin, hoping by the time Im 50 I will still have the 40 look.

My favorite anti-aging product is Biogevity from Neways. It is a lemon flavored spray that has Colostrum, Gingko Biloba and Lurong Extract. The Colostrum is good for so many bodily functions and they have a long list of chemical-free health care products for the entire family. Check it out at http://creativelyenvironmental@ineways.com

Well, sunscreen is the best anti-aging product, of course. But aside from that, I really like Philosophy's Booster Caps with retinol - they smell really fresh, feel good on the skin, and definitely make a difference. I've never tried any of the products you reviewed, but I really want to!

I've been searching for the best anti-aging skin care. Lately I've been using moisturizers from: Aveeno SPF 30 for day and Youthtopia from Origins for night.

I follow my derm's advice to use 30+ broad spectrum sunscreen during the day, so Healthy Defense by Neutrogena, or Elizabeth Arden Ceramide cream is my protection choice. Will use Olay Regenerist Serum under that, however. At night, I alternate between one of my Prevage Serum samples, occaisional alpha-hydroxy from the drugstore, or the Olay Pro-X line. Three times per week, I use the firming version of the St. Ives Apricot Scrub to exfoliate. High-Low skincare (part drug-store, part high end) seems to be working for me.

I have used Oil of Olay in the past. I have been using Alpha Hydrox. It was recommended by Dr. Oz. I have had good results with this product. I need a good anti-aging product for under-eye bags. I am 48 years old and going through Menopause (too soon). I can't afford expensive eye creams or surgery. I have tried several products but none have worked. I look tired all the time. Everytime I look in the mirror, I want to cry. All I see is my under-eye bags and dark circles. Please help me to look younger and feel better about myself. Thank you so much! God Bless.
