Earlier this week, the Kardashian gals (sisters Khloe and Kourtney, plus mom Kris) did an interview on ABC News' Nightline addressing plastic surgery rumors surrounding the family.

Kim's responses to reporter Cynthia McFadden's questions: "I'm totally not against plastic surgery."

"I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."

"I've never had my nose done."

When confronted with questions about her breasts, Kim confirms they are all natural and even adds, "Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done."

The only Kardashian who did admit to having surgery?

Kourtney, who says she has breast implants and that her bust seems to have tripled in size since breastfeeding her five-month-old son Mason.
