Sporting seven-inch Christian Louboutin lace-up peep-toe ankle boots, the hot-to-trot "Hannah Montana" teetered like a toddler taking her first steps at the Villamanga Hotel, where she was promoting her new CD, "Can't Be Tamed."
The unsteady 17-year-old -- dressed in high-waisted pants and a graphic racerback tank that revealed her black bra -- made her way down a flight of stairs by clinging to a wall before being given a helping hand by an assistant, reports the Daily Mail.
The Disney darling's grown-up getup is just the latest of her recent attempts to seem more adult. Last month, Cyrus unveiled the steamy "Can't Be Tamed" video, in which she grinds against her backup dancers in a bustier and hot pants and writhed around in a $25,000 silver scale corset by The Blonds.
And this past weekend, she made a cameo in the racy "Sex and the City 2" and showed lots of leg as she performed before a teen audience in Portugal clad in a barely there corset-style leotard that seemed better suited for Lady Gaga.
Maybe Cyrus should consider trading the skimpy attire and sky-high heels for something more age-appropriate? If the shoe fits...
