The sexy, sequin numbers that Sandra Bullock, Kristen Stewart, Lindsay Lohan, and Katy Perry wore on the red carpet at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards weren't the only things shimmering.

Some of our favorite stars stood out in smoky eyes but with a summer twist.

Instead of painting up their lids in the usual graphite shadows, our favorite Hollywood stunners accentuated their heavily lined eyes with warm brown hues. "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge looked Cali cool with contrasting silver-rustic brown eyeshadows. And with a fresh face and nude lips, all the attention went towards her hazel eyes. Singer Christina Aguilera rounded out her signature red pout with lush lashes, groomed brows, and copper lined lids. Nicky Hilton looked youthful in tawny eyeshadow and glossy pink lips that made her blue peepers pop.
