Annoying...how many times can the woman (who sounds like she's calling in to do a phone interview) say the word "and" when she's starting a sentence? How many times can Grace Gold say the word "sure" (which sounds like she's saying "shu-ore", totally creating a new, two syllable word)?
How many times can both of them say "right"?

Perhaps I'm a little bit nit-picky, but that clip didn't give me any new information and merely annoyed me with repetitive speech patterns. *sigh*

as usual, another 'diet' guru makes generalized comments about what you should eat, for instance, not everyone can have spinach, alot of protein, and calcium, because of a medical history of kidney and gall bladder stones. Be sensible people, get a diet from a health professional, who has your medical records. Eat less 'bad' foods, you all know what they are, and do more.

It's a fact Knox Gelatin makes strong nails. Just mix it and drink up. No taste.

Vegetarians !
Just to let everyone of you know that gelatin is made from ANIMAL BY PRODUCTS
Bone Marrow, and this is why I do not eat Jello.
Thank You. Sir David

To Sir David, I had just recently found that out myself. There are vegan forms of jello in health food stores - I haven't tried one yet but I just might. One of my friends who is jewish told me that regular marshmallows are made with gelatin from cow products but during passover the marshmallows are made with gelatin from fish products.

I agree with the idea of food for beauty. I have found a product called Whole9 that is nutrients from fruits and vegetables, www. activznutrition.com, they have a wonderful product for skin and hair and your overall health. Dawn

There are a lot of Amish in my area. Ever notice the Amish women's skin? It's beautiful. They wear no makeup and use no expensive (and sometimes cruelly tested) beauty products. It's all in the diet.

People doesn't believe when I tell them my age.
I do not wear makeup. only a natural color lipstick,
I will be 63 in couple of months. I use no anti-wrinkles, no special treatment it all. I do eat regular meals for lunch & dinner. (rice, beans, vegetables & very little meat. Mostly chicken).
Fruits every day. Drink lots of water. No sodas.
I am 5:6 weight 138 lbs. No diet.
I beleive that beauty come from inside. "eat good meals & look great". that's all.

Someone please please tell me the food for healthy hair and nails. I would just like to see whatthey are as every article has a different list. Just lately I read where the regular ( tube) oatmeal -not instant is excellent for healthy hair. That being siad, the dang video won't load. My computer was struck in one of the good old SC storms.

Why not have a print article to go with the video clip? For whatever reason, not everyone cares to watch clips and will skip over something that might help them.

My mom had thin, brittle nails until she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and had to go on a gluten-free diet. Now that she no longer eats foods containing wheat, rye and barley, her nails are thick and strong. This disease will wreck your bones too.

Also, why recommend salmon 3 x a week when walnuts are the same?

She's completely missing the boat - minerals are *super* important - especially SULPHUR & SILICA - anyone that gives this kind of advice without mentioning these two minerals doesn't hold much weight in my opinion.
Go to your local health food store and get MSM (sulphur) and a silica supplement, as well as zinc.
For more nutritional information in regards to beauty, read the book "Eating For Beauty", by David Wolfe, he goes into this info in much greater detail. Great book!

Much Love to all ~

You people will put anything on the internet. Well guess what, if we would do more reading instead of playing video games and surfing the web plus had listened to our parents and grandparents we would have known all about what foods are good for our whold bodies. Just study and I mean really study Edgar Cayce he told us these things eighty years ago.
