Havaianas has solidified its reputation as the flip-flops of the people by making a giant footprint on the 2010 World Cup.
The famous rubber shoe brand introduced its Limited Edition 2010 Team Sandals to commemorate the global soccer match.
GQ Magazine collaborated with the sandal company to celebrate the launch of the colorful World Cup wears during an event at Barneys New York, hosted by Simon Doonan, the store's creative director.
Flip-flop and football (or soccer?) fanatics came out to fete the sporty shoe launch, including "Gossip Girl's" criminally clean hottie, Penn Badgley, Victoria's Secret bombshell Alessandra Ambrósio, and Brazilian model/actress Fernanda Motta.
The collection features styles encompassing 17 teams, available in men's, women's, and kids, retailing for $24 a pair; available exclusively at Barneys New York and Havaianas.com.
