That's a new spot for a tattoo. Haven't seen one there before. Now I wonder where her next tattoo will be? They are addictive, so I'm sure she'll get another. I heard she used Katana black tattoo ink but who knows.

It would have been a cold day in Hell when my parents would have let me travel with a boyfriend, stay out past my curfew, and dress like SLUT!! It would have been a colder day in Hell when they did not insist on college, refused to allow me separate living quarters with a separate entrance . . .etc, etc, etc. All this great parenting will someday come back to haunt her parents . . .but right now all anyone can see is the big dollar signs!! none of these comments have anything to do with this tattoo. a 17 year old with a tatoo is not soo out of the norm. what does it matter to any of you what a person you don't know and never will know does with her life? don't even give me the "impressionable, innocent little girls" crap. any parent that doesn't want their daughter to act like miley and dress like miley can stop buying her albums and letting them watch her music videos or bring them to concerts. of course, any good parent could, since we all know so much about parenting. she's a performer, and a damn good one. she doesn't care what any of you think so get off that mountain of a horse and do something more useful with your life than sit on the computer and bash a 17 year old girl who was more successful at age 14 than you could ever dream to be.
