Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. And it looks like there'll be Christmas in July this year.

Why? Because Abercrombie & Fitch has confirmed to StyleList that it is relaunching its sexy A&F Quarterly magazine, which is set to arrive July 17. In addition they are giving us a sneak peek inside the issue (see below).

Available for pre-order now, the magazine -- known to feature many a steamy set of six-pack abs -- will cost $10 and be sold both online and in-store.

The first issue since the magazine was dropped in 2003 (we're still wearing black armbands) will be "sexy, playful, and provocative -- it's everything we love about Abercrombie & Fitch," a company spokesperson tells StyleList.

Adding that the issue will be themed around a Hollywood screen test and be shot by famed envelope-pushing photographer Bruce Weber.

The playful and provocative issue -- which ties in with the retailer's back-to-school campaign -- will also include behind-the-scenes imagery to give readers a backstage pass of sorts behind Weber's screen test.

Well, that's our summer planned.

The magazine relaunch, the spokesperson says, will be "part of a larger marketing campaign that ties in with in-store happenings in July."

Drop by your nearest Abercrombie & Fitch store to find out more... and let the drooling begin!

Speaking of relaunches, read about the just-released issue of Menswear magazine.

It's funny how Abercrombie is a clothing store, yet their adds never show the models actually wearing the clothes, but prancing around naked. I guess that's what happens when the clothes aren't that great.

Actually, their clothes are pretty nice...but what sets them apart is that they are also a lifestyle. Most large clothing brands do this because it ads character. Obviously, it doesn't appeal to everyone...but what can you expect anyway?

I had a friend who used to only shop at that store. Once she proudly showed off a beanie she got from there that she paid $35 for. I innocently said, "wait, you left the tag on" and ripped it off the beanie. The tag had the Abercrombie and Fitch logo on it. My friend then cried, "You ruined it! Without the Abercrombie and Fitch label it's useless!" She then actually threw the beanie in the garbage! It's sad that so many people will pay extra for poorly made clothes just to fit in.

I outgrew A + F when I turned 18. I get very similar clothes (minus the label) at other stores for half the price. ....and my clothes actually last longer than the A + F ones that fell apart after one season.

I thought that store went out of business 2 years ago. I'm guessing the writer of this article either works for or was hired by the company tbecause I can't imagine anyone else being that excited over some dumb magazine.

Nope, Abercrombie closed a few stores, but they're doing fine. It was their sister brand Ruehl that went out of business.

I've had many friends who only bought shirts from A&F, I asked what so great about A&F ? I was told that they are the best clothing store in the world and everybody has to shop there. I said to one friend .. sorry but that crap is 5 times over priced than a t-shirt you can get at Target K-Mart or WalMart and comes apart after a few washings. I for one would never waste my hard earned money on crap like A&F !!!

A&F clothes are no different than the clothes at Target or Old Navy except that A&F clothes are more expensive and poorly made. They will being falling apart after a few cycles through the wash. The only people who still shop at A&F are high school kids "trying" to be cool.

Abercrombie & Fitch is bland, poorly made and over-priced clothing that poser teenagers get to try and fit in. Anytime I see someone wearing that crap, I instantly think "douche".

There's no better way to sell clothes than to slap your logo over naked dudes. It's also entirely appropriate for the 16 year old demographic they have.

If the cover is any indication, the chain must target homosexuals and others with confused sexual identities. I guess this must be a lot of people, as the store nearest me is still in business. I havenever stepped foot in one, preferring places like Old Navy, but I have seen all the A&F spoofs on MADTV.

Nothing like using pictures of a bunch of naked dudes to sell lousy, poorly made and over-priced clothes! Go figure.
