Rugged Ford, 67, turned up for his June 15 nuptials to the "Brothers & Sisters" star wearing Wrangler jeans, People magazine reports.
Flockhart, 45, wore a simple white sundress (by a nameless label) for the outdoor ceremony on the hilltop grounds of Gov. Bill Richardson's mansion.
StyleList is thinking maybe Ford, who is in New Mexico shooting the action flick "Cowboys and Aliens," just borrowed something from wardrobe for the low-key ceremony.
Friends of the couple say the no-frills affair -- with its barbecue dress code -- was more of a statement about their commitment to each other.
"This [marriage] will only enhance what they already had," costume designer and Ford friend Bernie Pollack told People. "They're both honest in their approach to life and each other."
But jeans? Someone please tell us they were at least a clean, dark-denim wash.
Flockhart's son, Liam, 9, served as ring bearer when the couple exchanged simple bands and vows, the magazine reports. Richardson performed the ceremony and New Mexico's Chief Justice, Charles W. Daniels, had the honor of pronouncing them man and wife.
This is Ford's third marriage and Flockhart's first. Ford has four children and two grandchildren from his previous trips down the aisle. Flockhart adopted her son in 2001 and began dating Ford the following year.
