Suri Cruise Sports Leg 'Tattoos'

Looks like little Suri Cruise has gone from being a future style icon to being the next Bombshell McGee. The fashionable 4-year-old was spotted in NYC yesterday with her legs covered in tattoos!

Well, not really. Turns out the ink scrawlings weren't permanent and adorable Suri actually drew all over her legs with a blue marker, reports Us Weekly. Still, it might not be long before other toddlers are following in the trend-setting tot's scribbled footsteps.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes's little girl is one of Hollywood's most fashionable kids and has been known to rock high heels, Burberry dresses, and Ferragamo handbags.

"She just likes to dress herself, wear whatever she wants," "Knight and Day" star Cruise, 47, told Oprah Winfrey last month. "If she wants to wear it, she wears it."

And, Cruise added, Suri even has an opinion about her Daddy's style. "She tells me what to wear," he said.

We suppose this means we'll be seeing Tom sporting marked-up legs too. (Maybe decorated by the petite Picasso of the house herself.)

In other Suri news, read about her controversial grandpa style.

I don't know why there is such interest in this little girl, with photos of her every move in public. It's really a shame. Kids will be kids and little girls will be little girls liking to decorate themselves up. I can't imagine what it must be like to not be able to go out in public with your kids and there are the flashes of the cameras everywhere. It's pathetic.

WOW! Such a news story. A little girl is acting like a little girl.
My daughter had a mind of her own when she was that age too. She turned out a lot better than her friends that were not allowed to be themselves. Leave the child alone and let her enjoy being a child.

LOL This is a kid being a kid, she probably grabbed hold of a sharpie and went to town, hahaha..I know these people are celebs, but really? Is this really an issue?

I agree DDM - why are movie stars stalked just because they appear on a screen and read lines. Why doesn't California write a law that protects these artists from overbearing photographers. I can see if they are all dressed up going to an event like the Golden Globes or Oscars otherwise they should be left alone.

What's next? Reporting on the bowel habits of the children of celebrities? Never before has there been so much over reporting about nothing where it regarded celeb children since Kathy Lee Gifford left the air. (Cody and Cassidy, Cassidy and Cody.... It was maddening.)

I can't believe the bragging that goes on about this child, let her be a normal kid she is like any other little girl. I have a grand child her age, she is no different them my grand daughter. And
another thing ,Suri has two feet and two leg's let her use them. Stop holding her she is a little girl not a baby.

Call me old fashioned - - - but any time a parent allows their child to do "what they want" - - - they should have their child taken away from them. If I dared to tell MY parents what to do or if I did as I wanted - - - I can guarantee that I would not be here today. Suri's parents have NO BUSINESS raising a child with family values that say she is allowed to tell THEM what to do. Who is the parent and who is the child?

Wow, if she is allowed to do and dress as she likes at age 4, can you imagine what she will be doing and looking like at the age of 16 and telling her parents where to go. Hmmm..

Lori - Sometimes they carry the kids when they are swamped with reporters and photographers. This seems to be the case in the pic. It's easier to move thru them faster and reduce the possibility of being detached from the child, etc. Notice the blanket over Suri's head. This is clearly an attempt at protection, not prolonged infancy. Also, I have seem many pics of Suri walking on her own. This is likely due to the situation and Katy, being the mother, is making the right decision.

Charles - Get a life. The child is 4. 4 year olds, and I had two of them, tend to do things impulsively. Suri didn't need but a red hot 5 mintues to mark her legs like that. No biggie, will come off in a bath. Too much restriction of a child causes the child to be fearful and standoffish (maybe what your parents did to you?) and is just as dangerous as letting a child do anything they please. Of most Hollywood children, Suri looks pretty grounded and being herself. Yes, children have to be allowed to be themselves so you can mold them and shape them to the best 'themselves' they can possibly be.

What an awful thing to say... even the mention of 'bombshell mcgee' is nauseating. It's bad enough the family is hounded by 'photographers'... then having a 'writer' post the picture somehow equating it to 'bm' is simply disheartning in what has become of real journalism.

Suri Cruise your one hell of a lucky little girl, with so much already in life.
Dresses and shoes and handbags to go where?
Prance around town. Well, I guess Mom and Dad have to spend it on you....
Suri your the world's most beautiful expensive child. But in every picture for 4 years old seems like Mom and Dad always have to carry you?
Suri one more thing for a little girl who has it all but one thing you never smile or look happy, I wonder why?

Suri is getting a bit old at 5 to be carried around by Mama. If she can wear "kitten" heels, she can darn well walk. Put her and her binki and blankie down and let the kid walk for goodness sake. You are making a fool out of her. Suri has had a couple of very good teachers on how to get lots of attention. They are not letting her be a kid, they are parading her around in her gaga clothes like she's 22. But they won't let her walk. Give it up.

Geez, Katie needs to stop carrying her around, wrapped in a blanket. She is old enough to walk, for goodness sake.

I can't believe the writer of this story would say a beautiful 4 year old CHILD is going to become stripper trash that screws married men than tries to become famous from it!

Suri is certainly old enough and big enough not to be carried around with her blankie like an infant; but on the bright side; eventually Katie won't be able to carry her anymore cause she already weighs almost as much as her mother; so she going to have to start walking. It would be interesting to ask a shrink if it healthy to be constantly carrying a 4 year old wrapped in a blanket like she's an infant. Looks really weird to me; but thats Hollywood.
