The master of wild prints, Roberto Cavalli, is celebrating 40 years in business with a face-lift -- to his corporate logo, that is.

The new graphic emblem is a gold-colored 40, with an interlocking R and two Cs in the center of the zero, and the word "anniversary" scrawled across the bottom of the "goose egg."

The way the "4" and "0" are arranged is also supposed to represent Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, which is a nod to Cavalli's personal love for women and the work he does to ensure they feel uber-feminine. (A job well done.)

Expect to hear about some major parties and events to correspond with Cavalli celebrating the big 4-0 in the near future.

In the meantime, check out what Roberto Cavalli designed for Shakira's World Cup performance.
