What?
Yes, it could be possible to get through alcohol-flowing weekend barbeque festivities without the lingering headache, malaise or mental cloudiness come Tuesday morning.
The secret lies in helping your liver detox.
But don't worry -- we're not talking about drinking green sludge for a week, or some other crazy-person method. We've found a simple pill.
Usana's Hepasil DTX claims to stimulate liver enzymes and protect against stresses like alcohol and over-the-counter pain meds with milk thistle extract, olives, tumeric and green tea. A dose of alpha lipoic acid and betaine supports all functions of the liver so that it can run smoothly and efficiently do its job of flushing out all the body's toxins.
A bottle of the liver-loving stuff comes with a generous supply of 84 pills and costs $38.
Some fans take a daily pill in the morning and at night for optimum liver health, while others pop a pill before a night of wine-laced debauchery to prevent the regrettable hangover the next morning.
Whatever your method, we've got good news: StyleList is giving away five bottles of the supplement so that you can try it at no cost!

My holiday plans will be camping out in hot Arizona , on the river, with temperatures at 112. We will be floating the river and having massive food and too much alcohol, that combo with the sun is going to be so very hard on the body!!
