Well if it isn't little Dakota Fanning...

The child star is looking grown up and glam on the cover of Marie Claire's August issue.

You know what this means: We are officially old.

The 16-year-old "Eclipse" star sheds her cutie-pie persona on the dual covers, looking cooler-than-thou in a Colonel Sanders-esque black and white dress in one shot and preppy-punk schoolgirl in a gray Rag & Bone blazer with denim shorts over lace tights in the other.

Inside, Fanning -- photographed by Tesh -- wows in a leather-trimmed blue graphic-print Proenza Schouler dress.

She also sports teased-out hair paired with a metallic top, blue shorts and a tuxedo jacket from 3.1 Phillip Lim, as well as a Nina Ricci sweater.

But perhaps the most dramatic shot sees the actress in a sexy black Dolce & Gabbana top and skirt and a retro Azzaro headpiece. Fancy!

The high schooler also opens up to the magazine about her transformation from adorable tyke to budding leading lady.

"When you start out young, people get really attached to who you are at 6 years old," Fanning tells Marie Claire.

"I hope that 'The Runaways' was kind of a moment to be like, 'You know, I'm not that young little girl anymore, but I'm still not all grown up, either.'"

Could have fooled us, kid!
