Fall 2010 marks the second season Madonna was chosen to star in Dolce & Gabbana's molto Italiano ads (check out the first batch from Spring 2010).

"We love Madonna, she is a true star, an icon loved by all generations!" Domenico Dolce, who served as the ad's creative director alongside Stefano Gabbana, tells StyleList exclusively of the Italian-American entertainer. "It has been amazing for us to work with her on this ad campaign."

Like last season, the new black-and-white images were shot by Steven Klein and feature the theme of the luxe Italian housewife, played by Madonna and inspired by Italian film siren Anna Magnani in the 1962 flick "Mamma Roma" -- a favorite of both Madge and the designers.

The movie-still-like ads star Madonna as the ultimate family woman -- albeit a very sexy one -- playing with a chubby baby on a bed while dressed to the nines, eating Sunday lunch with her extended family, getting her skirt stitched up by her granny, sitting for a family portrait, holding a rooster, and walking home from the grocery store arm-in-arm with a teenage model playing her son.

The shots, taken in both Harlem, New York, and Milan in late April, are set to look like a nonspecific Italian city.

"Thanks to the great success the previous campaigns had, we really liked the idea, with this campaign, to tell a story," Gabbana tells StyleList.

"We love the 'domestic' version of Madonna, it conveys the idea of a real and very human woman. With her and Steven Klein, we are now a team, and there is great understanding. Any time we work together, we share ideas. Madonna also actively participates in the decision-making process. When we are on set, there is a lot of work to do, but we try to also have some fun!"

"The atmosphere on set is very relaxed," Dolce adds. "The sync among us is simply perfect."

With that being said, fans should rest assured that this Italian threesome won't be stopping their collaborations anytime soon.

You would think she'd have that gap in her teeth fixed with all the money she has.

My goodness some of you people are horrible people who have absolutely nothing positive to bring to this site or even to the universe, while Madonna is out there entertaining millions of people, has proven herself to be the one and only Queen Of Pop by appearing in the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest paid female singer, and the highest selling female singer (living or dead) to the highest top two grossing tours ever by a solo artist! Madonna is also always raising monies and awareness for many causes, including AIDS and cancer, Mother nature's natural disasters to world hunger & poverty to building schools and medical buildings, not to mention adopting two needy children in the country of Malawi. She also supplied them with electricity! And you are shallow enough to pick on her gap in her teeth to her age! No matter what you think, millions love and adore Madonna on a global scale! Tell us dear readers....what have you done for the world you live in that affects millions of people? Drop the hate and learn to love more!

Madonna is HOT pure and simple. She keeps in shape, she does as she wants and has it all. Many people are jealous that a small town Michigan girl can have it all and more importantly, get so many people to 'do it her way'. She has the goods and she does as she likes.

I see lots of bitter and hate in these comments. Madonna year after year pumps out so many things that are amazing and much appreciated by myself and millions of others. She busts her ass to have that killer body, manages her outstanding business and I think she deserves all the warmest thoughts and praise anyone can give for a job well done. Stop being mean and think about her as a person and not for all the fame or the money she has. She has paid her fair share of the b.s. I will always value, respect and admire that amazing woman. XO M!

Madonna is a pig. I will never forget many years ago she went to Italy and the press asked if she was going to have an audience with Pope John, she answered NO he should be asking me for an audience, im a bigger star. My opinion she is a disgrace and a phoney.
