As anyone who watches her show knows, billionairess Oprah Winfrey is all about giving things away.

And although she's not handing out cars to O magazine subscribers (as she did with each and every member of her audience in 2004), she does have some doozies up her sleeve for August's Big Deals issue.

Readers of the 10-year-old magazine will get a chance to win 20 giveaways, including $7,500 in groceries from Coupons.com; denim from Not Your Daughter's Jeans; trips to Alaska, Fiji, Hawaii, Israel, and New York City to get styled in $2,500 worth of Sinclaire 10 goods; and, our favorite, another New York City getaway that includes tickets to a Fashion's Night Out event, a $5,000 shopping spree at Ann Taylor, and a tour of the Ann Taylor studio.

The issue highlights deals, open to all readers, for each day of the month. Think Repetto ballet flats for $133 (originally $265), a classic LBD by White House/Black Market for $98 (regularly $178), a Rebecca Taylor leopard-print tee for $38 (instead of $125), and several other steals on accessories and beauty products. All you need to do is enter a special code, provided by the magazine, upon checkout.

"When you consider how many compromises and trade-offs all of us make every day -- it's clear that deals make the world go round," Winfrey says in the mag. "Which is why, this month, we're exploring just about every kind of deal there is -- to help you feel good about every one you make."

To keep with the thrifty theme of the magazine, Winfrey is, for the first time, wearing only pieces that cost under $100 on the glossy's cover.

For instructions on how to cash in on the deals and enter the giveaway contests, pick up O, which hits newsstands July 13.

In the meantime, check out Oprah's red-carpet appearance at the 2010 Met Costume Institute Gala, for which she served as co-host.
