Wearing windswept raven hair, a sexy, hot pink dress, and a big smile on the cover of August's InStyle, Courteney Cox looks just as sizzling as she did on the '90s sitcom "Friends" -- and she's not shy about telling you why.

"Sometimes I use Botox," 46-year-old Cox, who was photographed by Jenny Gage and Tom Betterton, tells the magazine.

"Aging gracefully is one thing, but trying to slow it down is another."

Time certainly seems to have stood still for the "Cougar Town" actress, who, unlike most other middle-aged Hollywood A-listers, is taking measures not to become a needle junkie.

"Compared to most, I use it very sparingly," says Cox, who poses inside the pages wearing knee-high black boots, a black sweater draping down across one shoulder to reveal the strap of her naughty black teddy, and sexy bed head.


Though she keeps the Botox boosts to a minimum, Cox confesses that she did have a bad experience with the botulism injections in the past.

"One time I did too much," explains the star, who is married to actor David Arquette, 39, with whom she has a daughter, Coco, 6. "I feel weird if I can't move my face, and that one time I overdid it, I felt trapped in my own skin."

Ultimately, however, she's comfortable in it. "I don't have a problem with any of that stuff," Cox says of cosmetic procedures. "If it makes you feel better about yourself and it's done properly, then fine."
