Let's face it, girls with curves don't often have the easiest time finding jeans that fit well and look great.

Luckily, the people at Curve Appeal, a new jeans line launching next month, have a solution.

Owned by Mamiye Group Inc., a 57-year-old company that designs and manufacturers apparel for brands such as Guess and Disney -- Curve Appeal promises to lift, tuck, and enhance in all the right places.

"This concept of cutting edge technology coupled with stylish design, embraces a woman's curves by lifting and slimming," said model Kim Alexis, the brand's spokeswoman, in a statement.

Without sacrificing comfort or trend, each Curve Appeal style -- available in bootcut, straight leg, skinny, and trouser -- comes with a built-in panel to slim the waist and tummy, as well as a "bottom booster" to lift and sculpt the rear.

The side seams on the jeans are also sewn closer to the front than most brands, allowing for the appearance of a slimmer leg.

This "fashionable denim shapewear" as the owners call it, will be available at Nordstrom and Belk stores starting in mid-August, retailing from $88 for a basic style to $98 for a pair with crystal embellishments on the back pockets.

Looking ahead, the company plans to extend its size range, currently 4 to 16, with a plus-size line for Fall 2011.
