Though we love our summer Fridays, we must admit to being much more comfortable when fall approaches, lifting the humidity and bringing a new crop of clothes and makeup with it.

Estée Lauder
is certainly giving us something to look forward to -- its Blue Dahlia Pure Color Collection has us chomping at the bit.

In fact, we've been waiting on these gorgeous jewel tones since the Derek Lam Fall 2010 runway show where Tom Pecheux, Lauder's new creative makeup director, gave everyone a sneak peek at the shades, "The navy eye creates a powerful look, but we are blending really well, so it's a continuous wash, versus a graphic shape," he told StyleList backstage.

The collection includes two looks -- one palette called Blue Dahlia that showcases marine green shadow shades, the other called Surreal Violet and focused on midnight blue and purple shades. These vivid hues are complemented by highlighter and smokey shadows, as well as soft, shimmery rose and nude lip glosses and Blue Dahlia and Surreal Violet nail color to complete the look.

"The blues and purples in the collection are iconic colors for autumn and winter. I like to give women choices in the way that they look. From a neutral to a smoky to a fashionable, strong look, these shades can be used with them all," says Pecheux.

We hear these beauties are already on counter and available online. Run, don't walk -- we're predicting a sellout on those nail colors!
