It's official: Lindsay Lohan is now an inmate.

At approximately 8:37am PST this morning, the troubled starlet arrived at court, where she was remanded to serve her 90-day jail sentence for probation violations, reports TMZ.

Lohan, dressed in blue jeans, a sleeveless gray top corseted at the waist, shrunken leather jacket (6126, perhaps?), slouchy, open-toe buckle boots, and dark sunglasses -- free from any offensive nail art (that we saw, anyway) -- appeared anxious and frustrated as the judge explained the terms of her sentence.

The 24-year-old actress could be seen taking deep breaths and coughing as she fiddled in her seat donning buttery-blonde extensions and what appeared to be a newly plumped pout. Cameras were then ordered turned off as she was cuffed and taken into custody, according to TMZ.

And to think -- she started the year at Ungaro!
