This time, the 32 year-old star of 'Mad Men' took on the more fitting role of sexy young Hollywood starlet.
The occasion was the New York premiere of the series' fourth season, where Jones channeled a Grecian goddess in both hair and makeup.
Celebrity hairstylist Thomas Dunkin first saturated strands with Sebastian Professional Volupt Spray, and tousled locks with his fingers while blow-drying to amp up the volume and texture. Once dried, Sebastian Professional Re-Shaper was spritzed throughout for hold.
Then the updo work began.
Pieces of hair were first set with a curling iron, and then sectioned off, dabbed with Sebastian Professional Matte Putty, and twisted from front to nape. Each section was fastened with clear Blax bands and bobby pins -- finishing with a final finger massage over hair for that modern, slightly tousled finish.
(Not only does it look good, it sounds like it feels good too!)
Nars makeup artist Fabiola tells us the inspiration for the beauty look was French icon Catherine Deneuve -- who is known for her strongly defined eyes and playfully matte nude lip.
And Jones scored an envy-inducing makeup hook-up.
The star was able to flaunt a Nars lipstick shade that is not yet available to the public. Bangkok Pure Matte Lipstick will launch September 1st at Saks Fifth Avenue, though you can grab the accompanying Dolce Vita Velvet Matte Lip Pencil now.
Jones' fair complexion was prepped with Pro-Prime Skin Smoothing Face Prep for hold designed to last through the heat of camera lights. Eyes were dressed in the sable and black velvet-toned Brousse and Eurydice Duos, while cheeks stayed classic in the pink-brown Douceur Blush.
We're loving the look. What do you think?
