We hope Janice Dickinson gave her window cleaner the day off.

If not, he surely got an eyeful of the 55-year-old former supermodel's, erm, prime real estate as she showed off her still-slim naked body for the latest issue of Britain's Closer magazine, on sale now.

Her neighbors must love her.

The "Celebrity Rehab" star opened up to the magazine about maintaining her toned 5'11", size 4 frame.

"I relax, meditate and do 80 minutes of yoga every day," she says. "I hike and make sure everything I eat is organic. I eat steamed fish, chicken, and turkey, plus salads, carrot juice, and supplements.

"I love my body, but it's a compulsive obsession –- I have to make sure I exercise and that the ingredients that go into my body are completely organic."

Well, not quite. The former "America's Next Top Model" judge admits that she's been going under the knife since she was 32.

Claiming her "tits looked like pancakes" after giving birth to 23-year-old son Nathan, the outspoken model got breast implants to boost her up to a C cup.

"There's no such thing as too much," says Dickinson, who also 'fessed up to taking hormone replacements to cope with her ongoing menopause.

"Whatever it takes to make an individual feel better, I'm all for it.

"In my 40s I signed up for Botox and now I have it every six months.

"My advisors say I should get rid of the neck –- you can have an incision in the back of the neck that will tighten it up.

"Am I considering it? Always. I'm going to be the best-looking corpse on the planet!"
