As a people, we have much to be ashamed of - the disproportionate number of Black men in prison, the debasement of our women, the Yo-mother-f**ker language employed by our youth and now the burden of Mrs. Obama as First Lady. From her stereo-typical planting of a "truck" garden at the White House to her ape-like mimicking of white hair style and fashion, she is a mixed message of what it means to be Black in America today.

It is no wonder that all too many of our people - if not most of us - feel inherently inferior to white people.

If we cannot clean up our cultural icons in crime-rejectin versus injection, "ho" bashing rap music, role model ministers, and even first ladies, we cannot advance nor expect truly deserved equality with our white fellow citizens.

Not being snide..... but... has anyone noticed that her body, from the waist up is ONE THIRD of her body from waist to floor? Most people are not that way

Michelle Obama dosent know how to dress. and she is allways railing about how fat everyone is. She needs to look in the mirror at her butt. The last time I saw a butt like that was at the San Diego zoo in the hippopatamus enclosure.

She is tall and big boned. Her choice in fashion does
not become her height or shape. She should wear more
tapered, slim line fashions. Those big print sundresses
are very child like, and does nothing for her figure.

After looking at most of the photos, she is like anyone else..some hits...some misses. It seems that some of the more formal gowns don't fit her right, but she does have a difficult body shape: Smaller on top, and rather hippy on the bottom. I would hate to be judged by my clothes. I most agree that she is wearing more than J.Crew and Old Navy now, but the public expects it I believe. Does anyone know if she ever wears the same thing twice? Or are the more formal things donated by the designer and returned? Or does she have an official clothes budget allowed to her by virtue of her posotion..or does she buy her own from her own funds?

Sometimes she gets it right and sometimes she looks downright frumpy. Stay away from those belts and loud prints!!Why not wear your hair natural instead of wigs? And how about softening the eyebrow shape? She always looks mean.
